How can aviation become more sustainable?
No means of transport does as much damage to the climate as the aeroplane. Despite this, air travel has increased steadily over the years and no effective policies are being put in place to reduce the greenhouse gas emissions of the aviation sector. What can be done to make air travel more climate-friendly? How should we regard offsetting projects? And what feasible alternatives to flying are there?
