Adaptation to scientific and technical progress under Directive 2002/95/EC - evaluation of new requests for exemptions and/or review of existing exemptions

The ELV exemption 8(i) is being reviewed. This includes an online stakeholder consultation as well as further exchange with relevant stakeholders. The goal is to give a recommendation to the European Commission with regard to the need of a continuation of the exemption and if needed with a recommended wording.
