Agenda Heat Transition 2021

The aim of the project is to develop a set of policy instruments aimed at achieving the climate protection targets of the building sector. The study focuses on the target year 2030, with an outlook to 2050. The mix of instruments developed in the project is divided into three fields of action, (1) strategic heat planning and municipal scope for action, (2) heat demand of buildings and decentralised heat supply, and (3) expanding and decarbonising district heating.
