Alternative business methods in and for Berlin

The climate and biodiversity crises, but also social imbalances, call for a fundamental rethinking of economic activity. Alternative economies already exist in practice - examples include the commons, the solidarity economy, the economy of the common good, social entrepreneurship, and new cooperative approaches. The project "Alternative business methods in and for Berlin" investigates the transformative potential of such concepts and concrete practical examples of an alternative economy for a social and ecological development of Berlin. The goal is to develop proposals on how potentials can better be leveraged.
