Assessments of the legally compliant transition from the nEHS to the EU ETS 2

In this project, expert opinions and statements are prepared on various issues relating to the transition from the German nEHS to the EU ETS 2. The topics dealt with concern the scope of application of the two carbon pricing systems, the identification of relevant fuel flows and regulations relating to carbon leakage.
