Carbon Footprint analysis of five selected fish products

Balancing of CO2 equivalents for selected fish products, identification of the relevance of different greenhouse gas emission sources along the product line, identification of mitigation measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, compilation of the qualitative differences of CO2 compensation options and development of recommendations for sustainable fish products from the perspective of greenhouse gas emissions from fish production and the distribution of fish products.
