CO2-free administration of the State of Berlin: Starting balance sheet and action plan

Within the framework of this project, a starting balance of CO2 emissions of the Senate administrations and the upper district administrations of the state of Berlin are developed for each administration. Emissions are shown differentiated according to areas of application. In addition, an action plan for achieving the goal of a CO2-neutral administration is developed through a comprehensive participation process.
