Comparative Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) study of 'Simply V' products

The aim of the study is an ecological evaluation of plant-based cheese substitutes along the relevant life cycle stages. The processes and procedures of the production of different product categories are to be included in the analysis and compared with each other with regard to their respective ecological advantages and disadvantages. Furthermore, a comparison of the plant-based "Simply V" products with classic dairy products based on cow's milk is planned, whereby the results are intended exclusively for internal use in the company and not for external communication.
