Compilation of environmental and social criteria as regards tendering of postal services

In order to prepare procurement talks, criteria of environmental and social parameters were set up for the re-tender of postal services. These include both the sorting of mail upon receipt by the service provider up to delivery, including interim transportation, storages and appropriate specifications for subcontractors.
