Compilation of relevant sustainability aspects along the value chain of meat and meat products bearing the QS quality label

The study aims to identify the relevant environmental, social and economic sustainability aspects in the value chain of meat and meat products certified by the QS scheme. This means that, based on the evaluation of basic scientific studies and own work on sustainable consumption, the most detrimental effects on the environment and society caused by meat products certified with the QS label are defined.
