Conceptualization and implementation of participation measures for the approval procedure of the pump-storage power plant in Blautal

Questions arising among communities and citizens due to the planning of the construction of a pumped storage plant (PSW) in the Blautal are to be addressed in a participatory dialog process agreed between the communities of Blaubeuren and Blaustein as well as the project sponsors. The Oeko-Institute acts as neutral moderator within this process and is responsible for providing knowlege on energy industry, nature conservation, geological as well as legal issues.
