Conducting the external evaluation within the framework of the project “MehrWert NRW" (Value Added for North Rhine-Westphalia)

Together with ifeu - Institut für Energie- und Umweltforschung Heidelberg (ifeu), Oeko-Institut was commissioned to evaluate the project MehrWert NRW of Verbraucherzentrale NRW with a focus on the presentation of indirect contributions to GHG reductions. The aim of the evaluation was

1. to develop an evaluation concept with different elements suitable for the described measures;

2. to carry out selected evaluation measures based on the evaluation concept in a second step;

3. to process the experiences and results from the evaluation project and formulate recommendations for monitoring and evaluation of an intended further funding phase of the project MehrWert NRW.
