Constitutional and European legal issues surrounding the further development of the EU Emissions Trading Directive

On behalf of the German Emissions Trading Authority at the Federal Environment Agency (DEHSt) and the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety (BMU), Oeko-Institut is working together with Ecologic Institute and Prof. Dr. Klinski on constitutional, European and state aid law issues relating to the further development of the Emissions Trading Directive. In particular, interactions between the Emissions Trading Directive as well as further legal acts of the EU and a possible climate law of the Federal Government are being dealt with.
