Contract to support the preparation of implementing and delegated acts in the climate field under the Governance Regulation

The project team supported the European Commission in the preparation of implementing and delegated acts, which govern the reporting and review of climate change related information under the Governance Regulation. These legal acts address, inter alia, greenhouse gas inventory data and review, national adaptation actions, financial and technology support, and national systems. The team developed recommendations and options for these legal acts, developed draft reporting tables and provided input to the legal drafting process. Finally, the team supported the European Commission in consultations with expert groups and monitored related developments at EU and international level.
