Developing core elements of a concept of transformative environmental policy

In the last decades, we have seen significant successes and developments in the field of environmental policy. Nevertheless, persistent environmental problems and the increasing use of natural resources indicate that this progress is not sufficient to keep long-term consumption within sustainable limits. We need a fundamental transformation within our society. Under this project, the Oeko-Institut, Free University of Berlin, DRIFT and IFOK work on conceptualizing a new and transformative environmental policy.
