Development of a CDM baseline and monitoring methodology for combined heat and power in China

To assist in registering combined heat and power projects in China as projects under the Clean Development Mechanism, a baseline and monitoring methodology was developed in accordance with the rules and criteria outlined by the Executive Board for the CDM. These activities were carried out on behalf of the Danish Development Assistance (Danida) and related primarily to the Houma District Heating Project.
