Development of a conceptual legal framework for a federal law of resource protection

The objective of this project is to establish effective regulation for resource protection in the German Law. In this context the project team develops a detailed concept for regulation on federal level. The concept includes key points as well as concrete recommendations for regulation addressing both the existing legal framework and the development of practicable instruments.
