Development of a monitoring approach for the use of waste heat in companies in Baden-Württemberg

The aim of the project is to develop a monitoring concept for waste heat utilisation in companies in Baden-Württemberg and to carry out the first round of monitoring. Specifically, the following steps are carried out. 1) Development of an Excel tool for the evaluation of data from the KfW subsidy statistics in the area of waste heat utilisation in Baden-Württemberg. 2) Development and implementation of an online survey on waste heat utilization in energy-intensive companies. 3) Implementation of the first monitoring round: evaluation of the funding statistics using the Excel tool as well as implementation and evaluation of the online survey for the year 2019.
