Development of proposals for instruments to increase the use of heating and cooling from renewable energies in buildings and processing of selected legal issues relating to developing further the German Renewable Heat Energy Sources Act (EEWärmeG)

The project examines financial and legal instruments to increase the use of heating and cooling from renewable energies in buildings. Selected legal issues relating to developing further the law on promotion of renewable energies in the heat sector (German Renewable Heat Energy Sources Act, EEWärmeG) are analyzed. The focus is placed on the development of proposals for instruments and their implementation.
