Evaluation of the PCF of table salt and formulation of PCF-related activity options for the Südsalz Corporation

The main objective of the study is to determine the product carbon footprint (PCF) of the three variants for food grade salt from evaporated salt, sea salt and rock salt in two packaging variants. A second central research objective is to draw conslusions concerning strategic decisions Südsalz might take in the context of current discussions and developments on the subject of PCF of salt.
