Evaluation of the Renewable Heat Law Baden-Württemberg

The project aims to create the empirical and scientific basis for the evaluation report of the Renewable Heating Act (EWärmeG) in Baden-Württemberg. Specifically, this involves

* An estimation of the contribution of the EWärmeG to the expansion of heat supply from renewable energies and to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions by 2020 with regard to the climate protection goals of the Baden-Württemberg Climate Protection Act.

* An assessment of the contribution of the EWärmeG, the renovation roadmap and the support programme for the Baden-Württemberg renovation roadmap to the improvement of the advisory situation in Baden-Württemberg and to target-compatible, step-by-step renovation.

* The elaboration of options for the further development of the EWärmeG, the funding programme for the renovation roadmap and other heating policy instruments in Baden-Württemberg.
