Expert Working Group on Benchmarking for the Chinese ETS

Participation in an expert working group that provided advice for how to set product benchmarks in the iron and steel sector in the national ETS of China. The work involved the preparation of a report showing the experiences learned from benchmarking in the EU ETS before providing recommendations based upon the data available for the iron and steel sector in China.
