Extended dry storage of spent fuel and high radioactive waste Work package: Safety-related operation and organisational and social aspects

The international discussions on safety management during interim storage are updated in this project. In particular, questions of knowledge management and maintenance of competence of operators and authorities with regard to long-term operation are addressed. The project also analyses the current de-velopment of the public discussion on extended interim storage and future concepts.
