Feasibility study for an incentive system to establish a local take-back-repair-repurposing centre for battery storage systems

Within the framework of a feasibility study, it will be investigated under which conditions, framework conditions and criteria German and possibly also European companies in the solar power sector together with German project developers are interested and willing (incentive system) to jointly support or help set up a general take-back-repair-repurposing centre for batteries locally in a relevant region of Africa (e.g. Nigeria). The study refers to both Li-ion and lead-acid batteries.
