Further development of the Blue Angel ecolabel for software - extension of the scope to include server-client applications and applications for mobile devices

In the project, the existing Blue Angel for resource and energy-efficient software products (DE-UZ 215) was further developed. The scope was extended from desktop computer software to server software, apps for mobile devices and server-client applications. The measurement methods for the various hardware combinations were tested together with practice partners and quality requirements for carrying out measurements were defined. Finally, training materials were developed for the qualification of auditors for sustainable software.
