"Greening supply and demand: Advancing Eco-Labels and Sustainable Public Procurement for climate and biodiversity protection (Eco-Advance)" - Preparation phase

The overall objective of Latin America is to help promote sustainable consumption and production (SCP) patterns in five Latin American countries. This is achieved by strengthening Type I ecolabels and green public procurement in the target countries. In close cooperation with local partners, GIZ and UNEP, Oeko-Institut aims to advise decision-makers in public authorities, companies and scientific institutions on methodological and technical issues relating to eco-labelling and green public procurement in Mexico, Brazil, Costa Rica, Colombia and Ecuador and to support them in implementing measures.
