Implications of the changed reporting requirements of the Effort Sharing Decision for the EU ETS and the national GHG inventory (DENK3)

Analysis and operationalisation of options to use verified emission data of the EU ETS for the German greenhouse gases emissions inventory. Support to the German Emission Trading authority related to the comparison of monitoring methodologies for the third phase of the EU ETS with monitoring methodologies required for GHG inventories, in particular for new ETS activities. Consistency checks of EU ETS data with GHG inventory data for the data period after 2013 and the additional activities included under the ETS in the third ETS phase.
