Legal advice on climate protection contracts CCfD

In this project, the German Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK) was advised on the design of climate protection contracts (carbon contracts for difference (CCfD)) with German energy-intensive industry businesses. The project was carried out jointly with Deloitte Consulting and CMS Hasche Sigle.
