Legal Support for the German Climate Action Plan 2050

This project provides legal expertise to the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety on the design and operationalization of the climate protection plan 2030. In the first work phase, legal expertise accompanies the development of the plan. The second work phase (2017) then deals with the concrete legal foundation and form of the plan, addressing individual instruments and measures as well as the handling of resulting legal issues.
