Legal Support for the German Climate Action Plan and legal implementation

The service contract project serves to support the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety (BMU) in its work on the preparation and design of the Climate Protection Plan 2030 and to accompany the implementation process. The project team is preparing various legal opinions on issues relevant to the Climate Protection Plan and its further development, largely with reference to questions of institutional anchoring and the administration/ implementation of climate policy instruments.
