The OECD has been asked by CMP countries to produce an independent, rigorous and global assessment of voluntary-compliance carbon market interplay, to inform strategic engagement across carbon markets. Oeko-Institut is asked to contribute by analysing the potential future alignment of carbon markets by mapping out the differences between voluntary carbon markets and compliance markets with respect to environmental integrity.
