Periodic safety review for interim storage facilities for fuel assemblies and waste from reprocessing

Within the framework of the periodic safety review (PSR) of storage facilities, the operator has to present and evaluate the measures carried out and the findings obtained in a report. The competent supervisory authority and its experts evaluate the operator's PSR report and summarize the results in their own authority report. In the present report, the authority reports on the periodic safety reviews at the Biblis and Brunsbüttel on-site storage facilities are evaluated on a plant-specific basis, including a cross-plant comparison.
