Pilot Project Decentralisation - Greater decentralisation of the German electricity-heat system: Legal and organisational framework and infrastructural consequences

In the study, a decentralised energy system in the Federal Republic of Germany with a focus on measures in Rhineland-Palatinate. Legal and organisational framework conditions as well as infrastructural consequences are examined. The aim is to develop an optimised roadmap to a decentralised energy supply system that can be used as a blueprint for the energy supply of the future based on renewable regional energies.
