Preparation of a monitoring report 2020 for the Integrated Climate Action Plan Hesse 2025 of the state of Hesse

The monitoring of the Integrated Climate Action Plan (IKSP) includes climate protection and climate adaptation. For climate protection, the development of total GHG emissions in Hesse (by gases and by sectors) is presented. For the years 2020 and 2030 (and intermediate years), a forecast is made for the achievement of the state's climate goals based on the existing catalogue of measures and under the given framework conditions at the national level.

Important driver variables of the individual sectors and fields of action are identified and reported. The implementation of all IKSP measures is presented in an overview, and individual measures are described in detail in terms of their implementation status and - if possible - their impact is quantified.
