Review and Update of Viet Nam’s Nationally Determined Contribution – energy sector

The objectives of this proposal are to review the baseline and mitigation scenarios of the energy sector in Viet Nam’s NDC and to support the team of national consultants in developing and revising the NDC energy sectoral report.
