Review of the GIZ Accounting manual and tool

The purpose of this project is to review the revised NDC accounting guidance with a view to ensure that requirements for modalities, procedures and guidelines (MPG) are fully taken into account. Similarly, a review of the related accounting tool is part of this project in order to ensure that the tool is aligned with the guidance.
