Scientific support of BMU related to transparency in the Paris Agreement (Article 13 reporting and review)

The aim of this project was to provide scientific support to the German Ministry for the Environment (BMU) in structuring the rules on measurement, reporting and verification as well as the accounting rules under the Paris Agreement.

Oeko-Institut experts participated in the UNFCCC climate negotiations as members of the German delegation and provided technical advice and background papers.
