Scientific support on aspects of developing a governance system for the 2030 climate and energy framework

In this project, selected aspects for the development of a governance system for the 2030 energy and climate framework for the German Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi) were elaborated on an ad-hoc basis, in particular with regard to an appropriate cost allocation for RE expansion among different consumer groups.
