Service contract to support the Evaluation of the 7th Environment Action Programme

The purpose of the study is to provide consultative input for the EC’s evaluation of the progress of the Seventh Environment Action Programme (7th EAP). Within the study, the Oeko-Institut is responsible, firstly, for benchmarking the 7th EAP against success criteria for environmental policy strategies deduced from policy analysis literature. Secondly, the Oeko-Institut analyzes the coherence between the 7th EAP, EU Juncker Priorities and UN Sustainable Development Goals. Thirdly, the Oeko-Institut is involved in assessing in-depth the 7th EAP’s contribution to the social and economic dimensions of the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
