Shaping municipal climate protection ambitions in a targeted manner - orientation framework for effective climate protection targets in municipalities

The aim of this project is to develop a definition for greenhouse gas neutrality in municipalities in a co-creative process that takes into account both energy and non-energy emissions. The definition is also intended to provide guidance to municipalities that wish to go beyond the national government's target in their climate protection efforts. Furthermore, the definition is intended to help achieve national and international climate protection targets and support local authorities in using their resources as efficiently and purposefully as possible.
