Strengthening of the provisions for (imported) articles in the REACH regulation

The project examined ways to strengthen protection from substances of very high concern in articles within the framework of REACH. One possibility was to enforce stronger requirements for imported articles containing hazardous substances. The opinion focused on the legal analysis, taking into account the state of implementation of the REACH requirements on substances contained in articles.
