Study and Dialogue Workshops „Digital Nature Protection – Risks and opportunities of digitalisation for the protection of nature“

What are opportunities and risks of digitalisation for nature conservation? The project analyses this question and develops recommendations for action for policy-makers and nature conservation organisations. In the first step, digital applications in the various areas of nature conservation, including management and enforcement or communication and education, are examined and evaluated with regard to specific criteria. In two virtual conferences results are presented and discussed . The project ends with the publication of the results in a final report.
