Study on aspects of the Long Term Renovation Strategy (Art, 2a of Directive 2018/844 EPBD)

The study serves as a preparatory study for the development of a long-term renovation strategy according to Art 2a of the EU Energy Performance of Buildings Directive 2018/844 (EPBD). It includes an analysis of the cost-effectiveness of refurbishment measures, on the funding schemes for building refurbishments, and on policy instruments to address worst-performing buildings.
