Study on existing initiatives to inform potential climate-related delegated act(s) under the Green Claims Directive

Oeko-Institut is supporting the European Commission in analysising areas of the voluntary carbon market that may be addressed in delegated acts under the Green Claims Directive. Towards this end, Oeko-Institut evaluates existing initiatives that address integrity in the voluntary carbon markets and derives conclusions for possible regulations in the EU. The analysis includes the quality of carbon credits and the integrity in how they are used.
