Study on policy instruments to support the achievement of the 2030 targets for the buildings sector

The aim of this report is to develop two coherent sets of instruments for the implementation of the Energy Efficiency Strategy for Buildings and the Climate Action Plan, which can be used to achieve the sector target for the buildings sector set out in the Climate Action Plan.
