Systematic analysis of the design of new and updated NDCs under the Paris Agreement

New and updated NDCs submitted under the Paris Agreement are assessed according to selected criteria which are central to the contribution to the Paris Agreement goals, in particular increased ambition, comprehensiveness, implementation and transparency.
