Technical support on reporting obligations and update of the Community Implementation Plan under the POP Regulation

The goal of the project is to support DG ENV in drafting the synthesis report under the EU POP Regulation and to draft the CIP under the Stockholm Convention; the project will also include consultation with competent authorities and an online stakeholder consultation; furthermore the contractors will make proposals for improving the reporting format.
