Workshop on the 2030 Climate target plan

Provision of background papers and workshops in the preparation for the proposal for the implementation of the European Green Deal. The first paper and workshop address options for the inclusion of LULUCF in the climate target. The second workshop and paper address the inclusion of road transport, shipping and aviation into the EU-ETS including the impacts on the stationary installations.
